New Jersey Sues Rite Aid for Consumer Fraud

Rite Aid operates about 3,400 drugstores in 28 states and the District of Colbumia. Its Web site displays a mission statement that includes these stirring entries:

"Rite Aid is a place where customers are treated with respect and they feel appreciated and welcome. We are focused on and committed to the healthcare needs of our customers."

Nice words. But read the consumer complaints in this section and you may wonder whether everyone who works at Rite Aid has read, or even heard of, the company's mission statement.
